Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, this will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
