Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at management@ecomreact.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at management@ecomreact.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after receiving your package.
