Rosanova SMS Terms

Programme. Rosanova sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text
messages to customers who opt in, including order and shipping updates, subscription
and renewal reminders, and promotional offers.

How to join. Check the SMS consent box at checkout and reply YES to the confirmation
message we send. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may not participate
in the messaging programme if you are under thirteen (13) years of age.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Rosanova does not charge for the messages
themselves. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out. Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You
will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further
messages after that. You can rejoin at any time by replying START.

How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at
support@tryrosanova.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. We do
not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their
marketing purposes.

Supported carriers. Messages are supported on major US carriers. Availability may
vary.
